In
the farm we naturally breed barnyard animals (chickens,
geese, guinea hens and ducks) enriching the restaurant
dishes choice. Besides, wild boars, fallow-deers and
mouflons are bred in a wild state. In the kitchen garden
we organically grow tomatoes, egg-plants, peppers, salads
and pulses, freshly served to the restaurant guests.
