Nested in the green of the Tuscan nature, La Cerbana is a well known holiday and hunting farming, situated along the provincial road going from Pontedera (Pisa) through the Pisan hills up to San Gimignano.

Wheat and sunflower growings cover more than 600 ha, together with grazing land. The old country house settled in the middle of the territory has been renovated, offering its guests 16 double rooms with bath and 3 apartments provided with every facility.
The restaurant is open all-year-round. The menu offers a wide choice of dishes, meat of every kind (wild boar, lamb, duck, goose, etc) and fresh vegetables organically grown in the kitchen garden. A tasty and genuine cuisine, where first course and desserts are not to be forgotten: Natalina the cook, with all her experience and creativity, personally checks every single dish coming out of the kitchen.
The restaurant itself is comfortable and has a pleasant homely atmosphere.
